          guidelines, and procedures

How to become a member or renew current membership:

  • Complete the Member Registration Form, which is available in 2 formats - Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat.*
  • Mail the Member Registration Form and annual dues payment of $125.00 to the address listed on the form (payment by check only).

 

Submit or update information for the web-link service on the AMGDB web site:

  • For participation in the Optional AMGDB Web-Link Service please complete and submit the Web Site Participation Form online.
  • Web-link Service includes your department's listing and web site links to your Department, Graduate Programs and Employment Opportunities web pages.  The Optional Web-Link Service is available for an additional $200.00 due at the time of membership registration.
